The Referee is required to open the account exclusively through the referral link shared with him by you. Your referral link contains your unique referral code. You can also use your Client Code as your Referral Code. If any other link is used during account creation or the referee clicks on any other promotional link available online, their account won’t be linked to the referrer, and consequently the referral rewards won’t apply.
The account referred shall be treated as a successful referral subject to the referred friend / prospect successfully opens the Trading and Demat account with Jainam Broking Limited as per the terms & conditions mentioned above and subject to the activation of the client’s account.
All referred client must complete their account opening process and activated their DEMAT & Trading Account within 30 days of being referred on Jainam website.
Referral rewards won’t be applicable if the details of the referred client already exist in the Jainam Broking Limited database as an existing client or as a lead client / prospective customer. Such accounts will be excluded from the calculation of referral rewards.
A 5% Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) as applicable will be deducted from the referral fees.
The management reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate this scheme without prior notice.
Clients who close and reopen their trading accounts, with the specific intention of being mapped to a specific Referring Client, will not be considered as a referral/ Completed Referral under this Referral Scheme.
Any suspicious or fraudulent activity under the Refer & Earn program will lead to immediate disqualification and may result in legal action.
No two referral offers can be combined at any given point. Users can qualify under only one offer in each active month.
All the verification and account opening processes will be carried out by the Jainam team, and the team reserves the right to reject the case depending on compliance requirements and the company’s existing policies and procedures.
This Refer & Earn Program is exclusively for Jainam Broking clients. Employees of Jainam Broking are strictly not eligible to participate in this program.
